Fireplace Maintenance
It's important that your gas fireplace
run effectively and efficiently at all times. Solace Homeworks is pleased to offer a basic Fireplace Maintenance, priced from $91.00 to $113.75 (excluding taxes and parts). This price is based on the technician spending 1/2 to 3/4 hour on site, which is the average time to complete the following:
- safety test for carbon monoxide (CO)
- clean burners and controls (does not include burner removal)
- clean and adjust pilot assembly/spark ignition
- check vent and diverter
- check power vent and fan kit if applicable
- clean glass window with approved cleaner
- clean-up/vacuum around base of unit
* For more extensive servicing and repair, technicians will charge $22.75 per 15 minute increments.
Special Rate for Multi-Unit Dwellings
We offer a special discounted rate of $73.00 plus tax per unit, based on the servicing of a minimum of six and a maximum of eight units per call. Group fireplace servicing should be scheduled between February 1 and October 1 to qualify for the special rate.
Combine Our Services and Save
Paying for multiple companies to service your equipment can be costly due to travel time charged. When you have your furnace, heat pump, ventilation equipment or air conditioner checked and cleaned during the same visit as your fireplace maintenance, the combined cost will be less because travel time is only charged once.
