IComprehensive worry-free service with flat rates
A safety check-up and cleaning will usually require a basic tune-up priced at a flat rate of $149 plus GST.
Tune-up for a secondary piece of equipment during the same visit is $119 plus GST. Monday - Friday repair rates are $99 per hour + $24.75 for each 15 minutes of repair after the first hour.
Saturday - Sunday repair rates are $119 per hour + $29.75 for each 15 minutes of repair after the first hour.
A 'diagnosis only' is priced at a flat rate of $99 plus GST.
Emergency rates
Emergency Repair Service from 6pm to 7.30am is $198 per hour + 49.50 for 15min of repair after the first hour.
After Hours Diagnostic Visit is $119
Savings for group service
Save 25% off the regular rates for group service. Group rates apply to multi-unit dwellings with a minimum of six fireplaces being serviced.
Some of the key checks performed by our licensed Service Technician include:
- safety test for carbon monoxide (CO)
- clean burners and controls (does not include burner removal)
- clean and adjust pilot assembly/spark ignition
- check vent and diverter
- check power vent and fan kit if applicable
- clean glass window with approved cleaner
- clean-up/vacuum around base of unit
