IComprehensive worry-free service with flat rates
A safety check-up and cleaning will usually require a basic tune-up priced at a flat rate of $119 plus GST (regardless of how long this may take).
Repair rates are $99 per hour, or $24.75 for each 15 minutes of repair, plus parts and taxes.
A 'diagnosis only' is priced at a flat rate of $89 plus GST.
Savings in group rates for off-season maintenance
Save 25% off the regular rates for group service done in the off-season ( March through early September). Pay a flat rate of only $89.25 plus GST for a basic tune-up. Group rates apply to multi-unit dwellings with a minimum of six fireplaces being serviced.
Some of the key checks performed by our licensed Service Technician include:
- safety test for carbon monoxide (CO)
- clean burners and controls (does not include burner removal)
- clean and adjust pilot assembly/spark ignition
- check vent and diverter
- check power vent and fan kit if applicable
- clean glass window with approved cleaner
- clean-up/vacuum around base of unit
